Lawyer Gets Long Jail Term for Stealing from Elderly

An attorney who took advantage of an elderly client, gets 16 to 40 years in prison.

An attorney who violated the legal principal of protecting a client has been given a long jail term, according to Las Vegas Now "Disgraced Las Vegas lawyer sentenced to the maximum."

Graham was convicted on two counts of theft and three counts of exploitation of an older/vulnerable person. The judge sentenced Graham to the maximum sentence, which is 16 to 40 years in prison.
